“A rattling good story” Tom Dyckhoff, The Times architecture critic

My M.Arch dissertation “Treading in the Path of Others: Robert Adam and the Grand Tour at Kedleston Hall” was nominated for the 2006 RIBA President’s Medals Dissertation Prize and received a High Commendation (runner up).

My thanks to my tutor Eamonn Canniffe, and to the West Yorkshire Society of Architects and the University of Sheffield for awarding me travel scholarships that enabled me to visit Italy and Croatia to study the sources of Kedleston in situ.
